Impressive service, above the rest! I recently had the unfortunate event of a vehicle failure. Knowing that it would be too costly to repair I choose to by. A friend had previously purchased a vehicle from Rodland Toyota of Everett and his experience was top notch. So I choose to visit this location after seeing a vehicle that I was interested in. Unfortunately that vehicle sold before I was on the lot but it turns out that there was something else on the lot for me. I was able to purchase a great vehicle at an amazing deal all thanks to Doug LaFave and the team at the location. Just to give you an example of how they go above and beyond. While on location my friends child bumped his head on one of the window frames. The staff was attentive, and even went as far as to give him a balloon. They didn't have to do this, but they did. Even made valiant efforts to retrieve it and others from the ceiling when it got loose and popped. Excellent service and high integrity This was my first experience with Rodland Toyota, and so far, extremely positive. In particular, Russell went above and beyond my expectation. I stopped by thinking I knew what I wanted, deciding between a Prius and Rav4. But Russell took time to ask me about my transportation requirements, and it became evident that what I thought I wanted wasn't really what I needed. He then found a Matrix that after further contemplation turned out to be a perfect fit. Once we agreed on the vehicle, Russell took time to personally walk me around the dealership, service areas, introduced me to the service and parts management team, and handled getting the paperwork in the background, to get me on the road in the most expeditious manner. And finally, after the purchase, he drove the car to my home. Talk about superb personal service. Russell could have easily tried to up-sell me into something more expensive, but by looking out for my best interest, and his incredible follow-through, he has earned a lifetime client, and by virtue of his service, Rodland has gained a loyal new customer. I learned afterwards that this family dealership has been in business since 1905. I can definitely see why - they hire quality staff and care about their customers. BTW, I have never seen such an impeccable service facility. The place was so clean you could eat off the floor. Their service waiting lounge even had a latte and juice service. I will be trying their service department next. More
