Wonderful service center Having always used independent service stations in the past, I hesitantly brought my Rav to Rodland Toyota for service work about a year ago. Wow! Having always used independent service stations in the past, I hesitantly brought my Rav to Rodland Toyota for service work about a year ago. Wow! What a nice surprise to discover the service center was not only focused on getting the repair work done when and as promised but they were looking out for me in terms of MY convenience, MY schedule, MY needs. The customer service is amazing. For longer service sessions, they are prompt in getting the car in, getting my info and then getting me on my way till I need to return to pick up the car. All the service staff - from the customer service staff who handle incoming calls to the service intake take to the rental desk staff and the "coffee lady" - everyone has been pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly interested in customer service first. They have offered me a free rental car for the day when I have had needed to have "wheels" while my car was in the shop. For those times I have waited for my car, the customer wait area is comfortable. They have staff to SERVE you just about any coffee drink you would like along with biscotti and other goodies. There may be other places where service is as good but I won't be looking for another place. Rodland's has my business for the simple reason that they truly extend themselves to the customer in every way. More

Taylor showed us a few vehicles and explained the benefits and advantages as well as disadvantages from model to model. He was a really great person to deal with and finally after a few hits and misses we found the perfect vehicle for my daughter.She is so happy with her 2017 RAV4 XLE. I started my car search two months ago with a very specific idea for my first car, and while they did not have what I was looking for in my price rage I started my car search two months ago with a very specific idea for my first car, and while they did not have what I was looking for in my price rage they kept my information, and checked in with me periodically with other options they thought I might like, but I'm stubborn, and knew what I wanted; even though, they were right it wasn't an easy find, and I got lucky because after only 2months or so my dream car came into their inventory, and as soon as they did they called me asap. The car wasn't even finished in the shop yet!! The next day all the work was done and I got to drive it, and I have been in love ever since. He worked with me to stay in my budget, and even checked on me after the sale to make sure everything was A.O.K. Never once did they make me feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. They simply gave me other options, and when I said no they were totally ok with that. They made my first car purchase easy and fun, and one day I'll be returning. More
