Great Time ~ Personal Attention! I had a quick and easy exchange from my last lease to my new one. Zach really took the time to explain all the differences of the new car. He was kind and easy to talk to, helped me with the nav system and putting rubber mats into the new car. I was in a hurry to get to work on time and I appreciated the honest interaction and hustle. I am always nervous just walking into a dealership so I contacted Marcus Krachunis, as I I leased my second Prius from Rodland a couple of weeks ago. I am always nervous just walking into a dealership so I contacted Marcus Krachunis, as I'd worked with him before. Even though he has transferred to used cars, he was more than willing to help me. Again, he was extremely helpful and made the process easy and fun. I would highly recommend him and Rodland. I adore my car!! More

Awesome Customer service and No pressure to buy First off, I would like to say i'm not a fan of people, sales people in general. That being said, I received nothing but exceptional customer service First off, I would like to say i'm not a fan of people, sales people in general. That being said, I received nothing but exceptional customer service from all staff at this location. Especially from Talyor Garneau. I went in on Thursday, June 23rd to purchase a new Toyota Tundra, he walked me through the process and was super laid back, definitely put me at ease. They had the car we were looking for, the salesman answered all of our questions about it (without being pushy). They offered a fair price for our trade-in and provided a better finance rate and term than I could get on my own. When we're ready for another car we'll certainly go to Rodland first! More
