I called to set up an oil change appt. and was advised that it was a 1st come. Then I went on-line and made a reservation. When I arrived there were several employees standing around and n and was advised that it was a 1st come. Then I went on-line and made a reservation. When I arrived there were several employees standing around and none of them walked over to ask why I was there. I had to look for someone to assist me. I was told that their reservation system has not been working properly and that my reservation was actually for their truck section and they could not take care of me. They could make an appt for me in 2 weeks. My Bronco was at a low % and I did not think that I should wait. The employee told me if I wanted to get an oil change with Ford that I would have to go elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the customer service of the employees. More

The person (I can’t remember her name ; female) was so courteous and pleasant to talk to about my reason for service and time for completion of work.
