Anyone in management who is willing to sell a new car with 7 miles and not disclose that the vehicle was damaged by hail should be ashamed of themselves. Trust has been violated and simply shattered beyo with 7 miles and not disclose that the vehicle was damaged by hail should be ashamed of themselves. Trust has been violated and simply shattered beyond repair. Now we have a 57k vehicle with lots of dents on the hood and roof, thanks to their deceptive practices. Never again will be trusted with our money. Do not trust this dealership at all. More
The salesman I worked with - Adel - was wonderful! He listened to my wants and needs and was very patient, accommodating, and not at all pushy. While Adel was helping another customer, and giving me time to do some research on a few used cars, the sales manager came over to me and asked, in a very condescending manner, why none of the cars I had been shown worked. I asked him who the car should work for, him or me? I told him this is a major investment and I'm going to get what works for ME, and that I will NOT be pushed into buying something which I didn't like, didn't fit my needs, and for which I wasn't able to research. Had I not previously worked with Adel, and been treated so well by him, I would have gotten up and walked out without giving any response to the manager. More
Extremely happy with our whole purchasing process. Our salesman, Jamie, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us and walked us through every step of rhe way. He allowed us to take the test drive down very bumpy roads and go more than just around the block. Once we decided to choose a vehicle the paperwork part of the process took less than 30 minutes. Then our salesman walked through all of the features in detail, answering all of our remaining questions & already keys in hand. It started to hail while we were on the lot causing about 15 good dings. The dealership took care of everything with our salesman as the main point of contact. The manager got us a loaner car while the hail damage was being repaired. No paperwork, no questions, just exchanged keys. A few hours later, i got a call that I missed, a clear voicemail left and a text that I received with just as clear of a message. My car was ready. I went down and Jamie again helped with the walk around of the car, no detectable dings from the hail. The key exchange, just as simple. This business is mindful that i am the customer. I plan to be back for future purchases.. More
