Took my 2019 cx5 in for 40000 service and a known issue with infotainment screen, offered me a loaner car (I have 7yr warranty on my used car), when I arrived the service dept had everything ready for me. with infotainment screen, offered me a loaner car (I have 7yr warranty on my used car), when I arrived the service dept had everything ready for me.
