I have to say that we truly had a "GREAT" experience with this Dealer from start to finish...WOW!! We purchased a 2011 Malibu and it's awesome...the ride, gas mileage, etc,. I would also want experience with this Dealer from start to finish...WOW!! We purchased a 2011 Malibu and it's awesome...the ride, gas mileage, etc,. I would also want to include Joanie the Credit Manager...what a delight...you really feel like family when you leave...what a concept! I own a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche and I had to take my vehicle in for service. The Warranty was about to expire and I needed to get a few things repaired. I had been there a few times before and I was v vehicle in for service. The Warranty was about to expire and I needed to get a few things repaired. I had been there a few times before and I was very impressed with the customer service that I had received. Once again I was not disappointed to find a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Nick has been great and took care of all my problems quickly and without any problems. I feel the whole service staff should be congradulated on the job that they do. I have a beautiful 2000 Corvette Convertible. I brought it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the se it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the service manager who then contacted his manager who then contacted the General Manager. They told me that they had no idea when this could have happened and they take no responsibility for it. I gave the car to them and they gave it back with a shattered windshield. The damage is $1500. I will have my insurance company go after them. I will never go there again, nor would I make a purchase from them. No wonder the Japanese car companies are doing well while GM is going broke. They deserve this. I felt there was a terrible attitude problem. More
