Went to the dealership to see about updating my leased vehicle which matures in a couple months. This would have my 3rd vehicle. There's a small dent in the front fender on the vehicle leased from them, t vehicle which matures in a couple months. This would have my 3rd vehicle. There's a small dent in the front fender on the vehicle leased from them, told them I wasn't turning it in on my insurance and they refused to look at the vehicle and/or put me on the schedule to be fixed. Told them, they could fit in whenever. Going to buy the lease out and buy a vehicle somewhere that services what they sell. Sales manager just smirked when I mention no service on the vehicle I purchased from them. The 1 star rating is too high for this place. More

Horrible service, took my vehicle in for scheduled appointment, called at 430 to find out if it was repaired only to find out they never looked at it and never called to let me know. Scheduled another appointment and told the service advisor the the A/C was blowing intermittently and the last time this happened it was the resister under the dash, $1,200 later went to pick up the vehicle and the air was not working. Tech told advisor that I could bring it back on Monday, took it in and found out the advisor called in sick and no one else knew anything, was told they would get it in and call later to let me know why ac wasn’t working. Day 2 and I still have not gotten a call. More
