Quality service and workmanship I have used Roger Dean Chevy for fixing my 15' Corvette. (Difficult to do) Recently I had a CV joint break on the driver's side rear axle. They over-nited the part and it was ready to go in less than 2 days. Finally a dealership that doesn't talk down to you While it is hard to find a used car because their inventory rotate so quickly they do give a very good price on what they have to offer. The entire staff of Roger Dean made me feel right at home. I brought my truck in to get an oil change/tire rotation, and it was completed on time, and they even washed my truck! I have to say that we truly had a "GREAT" experience with this Dealer from start to finish...WOW!! We purchased a 2011 Malibu and it's awesome...the ride, gas mileage, etc,. I have a beautiful 2000 Corvette Convertible. I brought it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the se it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the service manager who then contacted his manager who then contacted the General Manager. They told me that they had no idea when this could have happened and they take no responsibility for it. I gave the car to them and they gave it back with a shattered windshield. The damage is $1500. I will have my insurance company go after them. I will never go there again, nor would I make a purchase from them. No wonder the Japanese car companies are doing well while GM is going broke. They deserve this. I felt there was a terrible attitude problem. More
