Quality service and workmanship I have used Roger Dean Chevy for fixing my 15' Corvette. (Difficult to do) Recently I had a CV joint break on the driver's side rear axle. They over-nited the part and it was ready to go in less than 2 days. There are 3 Chevy dealers that are closer, but for anything that isn't routine I will continue to go to Roger Dean Chevy. Both the Service Rep and the Body Shop Manager great to work with. R. Finally a dealership that doesn't talk down to you While it is hard to find a used car because their inventory rotate so quickly they do give a very good price on what they have to offer. Lebna and Calvin were great to deal with in sales and didn't make me go back and forth for hours on the price. I had dealt with other dealerships that did nothing but talk down to me but I felt this dealership gave good dignity to the customer and a good price I would return. More
they don't care this place does not care about customer service! I had to take my car there multiple time and they never addressed all the issues I requested. The entire staff of Roger Dean made me feel right at home. I brought my truck in to get an oil change/tire rotation, and it was completed on time, and they even washed my truck! I have to say that we truly had a "GREAT" experience with this Dealer from start to finish...WOW!! We purchased a 2011 Malibu and it's awesome...the ride, gas mileage, etc,. I would also want experience with this Dealer from start to finish...WOW!! We purchased a 2011 Malibu and it's awesome...the ride, gas mileage, etc,. I would also want to include Joanie the Credit Manager...what a delight...you really feel like family when you leave...what a concept! I own a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche and I had to take my vehicle in for service. The Warranty was about to expire and I needed to get a few things repaired. I had been there a few times before and I was very impressed with the customer service that I had received. Once again I was not disappointed to find a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Nick has been great and took care of all my problems quickly and without any problems. I feel the whole service staff should be congradulated on the job that they do. I have a beautiful 2000 Corvette Convertible. I brought it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the se it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the service manager who then contacted his manager who then contacted the General Manager. They told me that they had no idea when this could have happened and they take no responsibility for it. I gave the car to them and they gave it back with a shattered windshield. The damage is $1500. I will have my insurance company go after them. I will never go there again, nor would I make a purchase from them. No wonder the Japanese car companies are doing well while GM is going broke. They deserve this. I felt there was a terrible attitude problem. More
