The dealership is very friendly and always treats us with respect. The one thing that I was disappointed about was I was not informed ahead of my service appointment that there would be a recall performed respect. That was concerning because I had someone with me and we had plans. My suggestion, is that, if there is additional situations that need to be done at the appointment a courtesy call to the customer a day or two ahead of appointment time would be appreciated! Also, the bill was not explained to me. I'm not sure that the windshield received the coating on the it. I wanted to bring to your attention some of the above issues, you might want to address. Don't worry, we will return:) More
