Seven months and 20 days is inexcusable; not informing me of hail damage is deplorable. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for service in October of 2024. I needed an inspection, oil/filter chang of hail damage is deplorable. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for service in October of 2024. I needed an inspection, oil/filter change, radiator flush, air and cabin filter change, tires, brakes and requested that they look at a “rattling” noise in the front end. I was informed that the inspection and tires could be completed right away however, I would need to leave my car for “2-3 weeks” before a technician could complete the other items. I explained this was my only vehicle and I would have to make arrangements for another vehicle to drive. I brought my vehicle back in on October 28th. December I was told that my car needed both front struts and they were on back order. February 6th Mr Gorrell emailed that one strut was still on back order and that he can get the parts for my brakes now. April 16th after being notified by voicemail that my strut was still on back order. I phoned MOPAR myself and spoke with a customer care representative. (ticket 92690583) I was informed that Roger Williams had NOT ordered the struts and that they are unable to “expedite” my order because they were never ordered. April 24th I finally received an email from Mr Gorrell with a price for the struts and the indication that I would need to pre-pay for the parts which was confusing because I had not been asked to pre-pay for any parts until then. Within 30 min of receiving the email asking for me to pre-pay I phoned the cashier and prepaid for the struts. Mopar delivered the needed part within two weeks. June 1st HAIL Storm in Weatherford On June 6th I was notified that my battery would no longer hold a charge and would need a replacement. My vehicle was at the dealership now for over 7 months (were any precautions taken with my battery?) June 10th still has noise in front end needs sway bar links…. did it really need struts? June 19th vehicle is ready to be picked up “having it vacuumed and washed.” June 20th, I picked the vehicle up. Mr Gorrell never came out of his “office.” My car had just been through the car wash and was sopping wet, so I did not notice the damage from the HAIL until I arrived at my destination. No one ever let me know that my car was damaged by the hailstorm. I at once attempted to phone Mr Gorrell twice his phone (as usual) went straight to voicemail. I called to speak with the service manager and when another Service advisor (not the service manager) phoned me back on Monday afternoon I was told they attempted to move all the vehicles under cover…. guessing they couldn’t move mine because the Battery was dead because of extended parasitic drain. More
