Waiting for days for the simple fixes. I realize this service department is overburdened by the 80 or so vehicles that come in daily so I kind of understand but when its a simple battery I realize this service department is overburdened by the 80 or so vehicles that come in daily so I kind of understand but when its a simple battery and a little troubleshooting it shouldn't take 3 days. I have a friend that traded his truck in for a Chevy because they said it would take 3 weeks just to get seen for transmission warranty and he had to leave the truck there instead of just calling him when the parts came in. The service department does a great job on fixing the vehicles but it seems overburdened by the amount of services being done. More

Overall, the service department was friendly and I didn't have to wait too long for an oil change, however they didn't tighten the bolt on the oil pan and there was a slow drip of oil on my driveway overnigh have to wait too long for an oil change, however they didn't tighten the bolt on the oil pan and there was a slow drip of oil on my driveway overnight. I had to have a friend tighten it. And the technician stood on my steel front bumper and got oily foot prints on it. I will remind them next time to get their own step stool to stand on. More

I will never recommend this dealership for any kind of work to be done on a vehicle. Took almost 6 weeks to get my car. When I brought it in said you were backed up but it would be one to 1 1/2 weeks at m work to be done on a vehicle. Took almost 6 weeks to get my car. When I brought it in said you were backed up but it would be one to 1 1/2 weeks at most after the first week no phone call so I called could never get the service person working on my car. I believe that was Lonnie. I would leave messages. Never get a call to see what was going on and how much longer another week and a half goes by not a word called him left a message. No return call so I called ahead of the service department. Never got a call from her either so I went to the top to ask why no one has called. They’re giving me an update on where my vehicle is at. It was not an extensive fits when I finally did hear from service. The excuse was it’s the Mopar warranty department about the parts. So I called Mopar. Here’s what they informed me was going on. You sent out the parts list right away. They sent it back to you because you had inflated the price of the parts and asked you to redo it, you sent it back a week later, but did not change the pricing again so they sent it back to you and told you to fix it now we’re four weeks down the road no calls every time I needed to find out information I had to call and I was lucky if I got a hold of anyone. It was always someone else’s fault when I called your customer. Service sucks your people don’t follow up they need to go back into training and learn how to work with their customers and keep them updated and not have to call you constantly and get no answer. 6 to 7 weeks to get a couple of things done all because of the Mopar warranty and you not wanting to change your pricing all I got was some excuse. Well, we’ve had cars here ma’am for almost 2 months. Well, then you shouldn’t take on any more cars if you can’t get things done in a amount of time and keep them in the loop with updates and the made up stories are whatever you think people are too stupid that the car just sat there because you people couldn’t get your act together. You didn’t even give me a call to let me know it would take more than 2 weeks and ask if I would like to continue or pick it up I had no transportation for 6 wks. You people are screwed up. I owned a business for 25 yrs. If I ran it the way did I’d be out of business. Plus when I picked up my car, you didn’t even have the paperwork for me that was done to my car. It was like here’s the car. It wasn’t even clean when I picked it up. If you put it through the car wash, she would’ve never known it the inside you didn’t even put paper papers down on the floor matts to protect it from the dirt. You people really drop the ball shame on you for your work ethics. More
