Everyone there was great. My only complaint is how long it takes to get anything done. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The manufacturer has recommended service My only complaint is how long it takes to get anything done. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The manufacturer has recommended service and they explained every recommended item. I asked how long it would take and they said.2-3 hours. I told him I didn’t have the time and will do most of it later, but go ahead and change my oil, rotate the tires, and do the transmission fluid flush. I was there well over two hours for this. I guess there was confusion when we talked about how long it would take. I still don’t understand why it would take that long when I had an appointment for the earliest possible time on a weekday. More
