Tried to get my vehicle in for A/C service -- was told that it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it and that I would have to leave it on their lot for those 2 weeks. Seemed absurd, and when I in that it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it and that I would have to leave it on their lot for those 2 weeks. Seemed absurd, and when I inquired as to why, the advisor stated that's how they (and other dealer service locations) do it now. How can they justify that imposition? They are forcing me to be without my vehicle for that period time, and creating an unnecessary risk of theft or damage. That makes no sense, so I took it somewhere else and got it serviced the next day. More

Juan definitely ruined the experience as soon as I stepped foot into the service dept.
