The repair took a little longer than I would have liked but it was done and Leland was able to get everything covered under secondary warranty. Katie was so helpful and patient as we were trying to figure out which truck we were going to go with, yours or another down the road. I liked your small town dealership feel and her as a salesperson bet figure out which truck we were going to go with, yours or another down the road. I liked your small town dealership feel and her as a salesperson better so we went with you even though the other truck had more options that we wanted..Unlike the other place she cared what we got into and made it clear she was there to help either way we went. After the other sale went sour Katie went to bat to help us find a rebate that Ram said we were eligible for but wasn't showing up in your system. Times are tight so that extra $1000 and her service is what made the sale. We refuse to spend money where we aren't appreciated as a customer, no matter how bad we need the truck, so the other dealership missed out. We really appreciated the ride from the airport and Katie even checked on Kody to see how his drive home back to South Dakota was going and helped get the app set up.
