All off the staff members, were very polite. They got me in and out very quickly. I had a 7AM appointment and was walking out the door at 7:30AM with an oil change and tire rotation. Whoever did the oil change on my truck did not tighten the drain plug. Fortunately I went home and did not drive my truck. The next day I went to check the mail and saw oil leaking from the drain plug. No the drain plug. Fortunately I went home and did not drive my truck. The next day I went to check the mail and saw oil leaking from the drain plug. Not good! On Monday I called the service dept. and spoke to Ron who sent a technician out to tighten the drain plug, top off oil and cleanup the driveway. More
