My 2014 Jk Rubicon was in the shop for 3 months and a day to get my issues fixed. Very poor communications from the dealership, I had to keep calling every 2 weeks to try and get updates on my vehicle's day to get my issues fixed. Very poor communications from the dealership, I had to keep calling every 2 weeks to try and get updates on my vehicle's status. I was only called with updates about 3 times during the time it was in the shop. Even when I was told he would check on the status and get back with me it didn't happen until I called back after 2 weeks. The only good is that they seem to have got everything fixed finally. More
