This was my first time coming to this dealership. My sister Barbara Solomon and Mrs. Patty Williams was at the dealership saw a purple and white golf cart. I spoke to Cody looked at the golf cart drove she knew it was going to take my heart because that's my favorite color. I told Cody I would have to come back because I didn't know what was going on with my car. On Monday I take my car to the dealership Tuesday I got a phone call it was the water pump gave them the go to fix it. I end up purchasing a golf cart 💃🏿. Pick my car up on Friday having problems. Carried back today which is Monday July 1. More

I had been on a waiting list for 3 recalls at another Ram dealership for approximately 9 months. I got a letter from FCA basically asking why I hadn't had any of the recall repairs performed. I phoned them dealership for approximately 9 months. I got a letter from FCA basically asking why I hadn't had any of the recall repairs performed. I phoned them and told them that my local dealership had told me that they only receive 1 part per week, and that there was a long line for all 3 of these recalls. They told me that they would call as soon as they had a part to install on my vehicle. FCA suggested that I try Roger Williams in Weatherford Tx, which is about 20 miles from my home. They had 2 of the 3 recall parts in stock and were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of my call. I was also able to schedule an oil change, and they made a repair to the seat base upholstery on my front seats. They were able to perform all the recall maintenance and the oil change and upholstery repair in 1 day. The service was excellent and I highly recommend this dealership for anyone needing repairs on their FCA vehicle. I am going to start using Roger Williams for all of my service needs on my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie!!! More
