Friendly environment . Service adviser has difficulty with her follow-up. I’ve had difficulty with a check engine light related to the battery for the auto start stop system. This is my second dealership I’ve taken my 22 Ram 1500 with this problem. It’s been in the previous dealership 3 times and no resolution. This dealer ship 2 times. I know it’s a Ram recall that they are not wanting to resolve. The techs can’t fix it without their help. I hope this time will be the last for this issue but I am skeptical. More
I like the facility but there seems to be an issue with having to take my truck in multiple times to resolve an issue. Sales was good, but we have constant issues with the service department. Even more disappointing is that when we bought the vehicle here they made a number of promises (backed by marketing materials) ab service department. Even more disappointing is that when we bought the vehicle here they made a number of promises (backed by marketing materials) about how service issues would be handled but after the sale the service department said we can’t honor those. Worse, our vehicle (bought new) has had multiple mechanical issues and recalls so we have had to service it numerous times. Add in the advisor who put his hand on my wife’s leg and we are sorry we bought our vehicle. More
