The service dept is very difficult to work with. I have used RW over the last 6 years with several vehicles, spending thousand of dollars. Unfortunately the level and quality of the service department has regressed. In my opinion the service techs and manager/Ray are the root issue. The last visit they had my vehicle for over 3 months. Very poor communication. Would recommend to thoroughly check your vehicle as I have a loose oil filter, missing bolts, items not attached, and fluid all over engine compartment. In addition, check your paperwork for accuracy and cost. Will not be using them in the future. However, I would HIGHLY recommend using Sean with Jackalope. He is a stand up ACT! In fact most service items his team can perform without having to touch the service department. Sean is very punctual, communicates well and HONEST. I will continue to take my vehicle to him for upgrades or other items. More
