Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Picked up my Jeep at 1:45 and was calling a tow truck to haul it to the next shop by 2:30 the same day. They said it was “all good” when I picked it up. It most definitely was not. Was informed that afternoon that the engine needs replaced. Out $1600 for a new starter that probably wasn’t the issue. Not a happy experience at all. More

I booked an appointment for an oil change and had to wait 2.5 hours for my car to be serviced. I was under the impression that if you booked an appointment they would get you in and out quickly.
