I was very pleased with the ease and professionalism of both of the people I dealt with in my used vehicle purchase. Being a state institution has it drawbacks at times... ie, it takes a long time to get both of the people I dealt with in my used vehicle purchase. My reason for buying at Kendall Chevrolet was based on a friendly call from John. I own a fleet of service vehicles. Buying this 2012 dodge was 100% better than when we bought the 2010. Working with Dave, Adam and Kiel was so much better. We went to the special sale parking lot sale they were having up by Shopko, just to "look" since we had just purchase a used vehicle in Sept. '11.
