Lou was a very friendly sales person who I had fun working with. I didn't understand all the different switches, buttons, etc. on the Cadillac, so I call Lou for help. Lou said, "just stop down and working with. I didn't understand all the different switches, buttons, etc. on the Cadillac, so I call Lou for help. Lou said, "just stop down and we can go over what ever you need to know". I did just that and thank him, and he stated, "that what I'm here for". Sales was great and service was good. I had some issues with the vehicle which were corrected. There is a crease in the door that wasn't really fixed and I'm not sure it could be fixed. I purchased a 2006 SRX new from Kelly at that time and have had contact with her in the last five years. Really liked the new design of the 2011SRX, especially with the 0% finance. She was very pleasant and remembered everything about our 2006 and my personal history. Was impressed that she related so easily. Without any difficlty, we negotiated with Mr. Rosenstein on the value of my trade and completed the deal in a very short time. Kelly demonstrated all of the features on the new SRX. There are my differences than my old one. She is very knowledgable concerning her preduct. When picking up my 2011, my wife could not attend at that time,but Kelly said that she will go over everything again for my wife. All paper work and transitions were completely in order.
