i’m still waiting on general mgr mike caselli to return my 2 voicemails. i bought my 2017 terrain with 42,000 miles in march 2025. one week later it needed a new engine. car was with them for a month. mo my 2 voicemails. i bought my 2017 terrain with 42,000 miles in march 2025. one week later it needed a new engine. car was with them for a month. most recently i took it to a body shop for what seemed like surface rust repair until he took the rubber strips off the rocker panels. they are loaded with rust. holes all thru and rust is literally falling off from under the vehicle in my driveway. i will never trust these people again. they had to know all this before putting it on the lot for sale. the rust is also partly into the unibody the body shop told me. I would never get a used car from this dealer again. Two days after purchasing the car it needed to get towed because the radiator needed to be replaced hence why the reservoir was empty. How did this car even pass inspection? When we called the dealer they said they wouldn't help us because we didn't have any warranty on it. They pretty much wiped their hands with the car. Since then it needed two sensors replaced and now the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. A car this bad should have never passed inspection let alone be sold at a dealership. More
I purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado RST in April from Romeo and my experience was very poor! I went in and spoke with the salesman On Saturday and took the truck for a ride and then purchased the truck, Romeo and my experience was very poor! I went in and spoke with the salesman On Saturday and took the truck for a ride and then purchased the truck, the time it took at the dealership was reasonable. I went back on the following Monday to speak with the finance manager and pick up the truck which took over 4 hours, a very unreasonable time to wait. I did not receive a full tank of gas, no free oil change, no business cards from the salesman or the finance manager, The finance manager tried to get me to purchase extended warranties which would have added hundreds of dollars to my monthly payments and never gave me any amounts to purchase the warranties separately. They cheated me out of $2,000 on my trade in by talking about how much I saved in sales tax. In hindsight I should have walked out and not purchased the truck. I would advise any one thinking about doing business with Romeo to look for a honest dealership, Romeo has no integrity! Here is additional information: the truck now has an issue with the forward collision alert/lane departure systems which repeatedly are disabled and I have to pull the fuse to reset these systems. I emailed Marko at Romeo and he was less than helpful and wants me to drive 2 hours each way so they can check the truck but I know how they are and I am not going to sit at the dealership all day which I told him that and no offer of a rental so I would not have to wait. Bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox in Dec of 2024 March of 2025 check engine light came on. They basically told me to shove it and go to a different GM deal and try to get it covered under FACTORY wa March of 2025 check engine light came on. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. He went inside, and a few minutes later, another salesperson came in and informed me that the car had been sold. You can imagine my confusion and disappointment. I thought they were joking or this was some sort of a trick. Apparently, while I was test driving the car, they sold it to someone else who walked in and didn’t need to test drive. Shame on this dealership. I was so excited to finally purchasing my first car, they put me in a terrible mood for the rest of the day, not to mention I literally started crying as I was ready to sign the papers. No doubt that they are running an unethical business. It has been a day and I am still so upset about this whole experience. More
