Recently purchased a new Yukon XL Denali that had a damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. I dropped it off to have the door repaired and get an oil change and the dealer put 100 miles on my truck when it was at the dealer to be serviced. The service manager could not provide me with a legitimate explanation so I can only assume that they used my new vehicle as their own personal vehicle while it was there. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want them putting crazy amounts of mileage on your vehicle. More

We purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from you on July 5, 2023. Not even two days later was it towed back for a "death wobble". The service department said they fixed it by balancing the tires. Back in June of 2022 I was looking for a Suburban RST in dark metallic grey. After finding one at a local dealer, I started to work with a local dealer in Nanuet NY area and was willing to pay sticker price dark metallic grey. As the deal was nearing closure, I got hit with a $7,000.00 "Market Adjustment". I did not agree to that and started looking for another dealer. I found Romeo Chevrolet which is located an hour away from me and was told they can work with me in looking for what I wanted. I met with Elise Benton at Romeo who did her best to find exactly what I was looking for but due to the market conditions at the time was unable to find the exact Suburban I wanted. Elise suggested the next best thing which was to build and order one to my specifications. With only a $100.00 deposit and no upcharges or made up market adjustment fees I was able to finally yesterday drive off with a 2023 Suburban RST built to my specifications and at an excellent price. Well worth the 13 month wait, Thanks to Elise our sales person who kept me updated during the process and worked with getting me what I wanted , both she and Mark the manager where very helpful and I would highly recommend them.
