From my experience in owning various vehicles I've found that the majority of the time the person selling you the vehicle, and their managers are out to get every last penny from you before letting you out the door. My experience at Romeo was far different. In communication with Lisa via email prior to visiting the dealership she was able to offer me the best terms out of various other GM dealers within a 100 mile radius. Upon visiting the dealership, Amy was extremely efficient and made a point not to push me into looking at any other items. In addition, she had also relayed my feeling towards this to the finance manager which made the paperwork process very quick and simple. im optimistic that my relationship with Romeo will remain a positive one, and currently recommend others into looking into them.
