Great Customer Service and Helpful in Selecting Vehicle Spoke to a few dealerships on prices and did a finance review. Romeo Chevrolet Buick rep called within a short time. My 2006 Chevy Impala broke down with transmission problems within 6 months time after fixed by a local transmission company that went out of business. I spoke to rep and Dan Ferrendino about the situation and car deals I saw on line. Within the hour I was picked up at my house brought in to talk with Dan. I was interested in both the 2015 Chevy Spark and 2015 Chevy Cruze. I ended up getting the 2015 Chevy Cruze with the trade and paid the monthly payment and tags. No other amount of money down. The next day my 2006 Chevy Impala was towed from my house by Jeff at Romeo Chevrolet so no worries in how to get the car to the dealer. Since we're desperately trying to save money, I gave it a good rating, as always looking for a lower price, but can't complain. Dan is very helpful and accommodating. By the time I got to Romeo, I had resigned myself to dealing with less than up-front sales people and managers, whose only goal was to see how much they could cheat me. Previous encounters with other dealerships had tried to make me feel like buying a car from them was their favor to me and that if I didn't act fast I would lose. When I walked through the door of Romeo's bright and welcoming showroom I was immediately met by a gentleman who brought a sales person, Tom Tatti, to me and explained the sales process so I knew from the beginning who could offer what. Tom was friendly, informative, and patient and was a wonderful representative for a dealership which was worlds above the previous three, and I felt gave me about as "transparent" and honest a deal as I could have received.
