outstanding , start to finish ! I have now purchased 5 new vehicles from Romeo, spanning 12 years, all Canyon pick ups. The assistance and attention has always been outstanding.My recent 2015 Canyon acquisition was as great as any other. I was only in for service, Cathy Snyder was so nice. She set up an appraisal, and a meeting with John Casale, who showed me the 2015 Canyon, and did a nice job starting the process. Lynne Arsenault joined to complete the process, and devoted her afternoon to me, showing me all of the new features of my vehicle, and helping set everything up. She was well versed in this, and did an outstanding job for sure. She did not even hesitate to crawl under the truck to check something I had asked about ... awesome !! Joyful Experience I didn't know it was possible to walk into a auto dealership and walk out feeling that good after spending that much money. But at Romeo Auto group th I didn't know it was possible to walk into a auto dealership and walk out feeling that good after spending that much money. But at Romeo Auto group they show me the other side of a hassle free purchase. My sales person was Matt Lopez, very knowledgeable, he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need or want. I told him right up front I have a budget. He found a truck that had more bang for the buck than I thought I could get for the same money at other dealerships.
