Worst service ever!!! I took my car to get it checked (CEL) there because it was still under warranty. First they told me the my warranty was expired but I had all the pa I took my car to get it checked (CEL) there because it was still under warranty. First they told me the my warranty was expired but I had all the paperwork with me . I was asked to leave my car to get it check out and they will call me when they find the problem. After couple of days I HAD TO CALL. They told me it was going to take a few days, I asked them if I can get a rental car from since my car was under warranty they had to provide one for me , according to them they didn’t have any available, they said the I could get one from a rental place and I will get reimburse, It’s been about 2 months and every time I call they give me an excuse and someone will call me the same they. Today I got a call from the dealer to schedule an appointment for inspection (don’t even need it) When I told the lady about the problem , she hung up on me!! I forgot her 😡 . How can you recommend this place? #romeochevrolet #GMC More

Service department is A+......Sales maybe C- I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the service department at Romeo. When I bought the car (Volt) I had a very disappointing and unacce I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the service department at Romeo. When I bought the car (Volt) I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.....the vehicle was not fully prepped at delivery, I got home and there were parts in the trunk, including some recall updates and the front spoiler, so I had to bring it back the next day, a working day for me, to correct the problem. I never received a "how is your new car" call from the sales department or a "we are sorry for the mistake message either. That is not good customer relations. But.......the service department is outstanding. This is the only reason the dealership gets three stars. More
