The experience overall has been very good, but I bought the so-called oil change and tire rotation as explained to me when I purchased a vehicle and when I went there, I only got the oil change. They said the so-called oil change and tire rotation as explained to me when I purchased a vehicle and when I went there, I only got the oil change. They said I need to qualify for the tire rotation because it wasn’t through the plan I purchased. It sure was told me that it was all included when I purchased the plan. The other item I had was it took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. Besides that my salesman, Robert has always been very good along with the people in the service department, but I do feel like I got screwed over not getting my tire rotation included. More
