Took my truck in for "the works" oil change package. Was told the air filter was missing. I had them put in a new one. However, they were the last ones to look under the hood for the last oil change. Th Was told the air filter was missing. I had them put in a new one. However, they were the last ones to look under the hood for the last oil change. This makes me think that the filter was taken out by them on the previous visit and not put back in. More
