Romeo had a 2025 F350 listed on their web site for $5,2874.- . Went to lot to check it out. The truck was equiped with a V plow that can be bought for $9,500.- or less. Plow package was not included in ther web page listing. Nice truck and began negoiating for purchase. I had a Ford F350 to trade in. They initially appraised my trade at $11K and went to $13K when I turned them down. Their final offer was $17K. Almost a reasonable offer. The problem was that their purchase agreement calculation did not start at the online price, it started at the MSRP of $60,090.- with the plow priced at $11K. My total after trade was $54,090.- Very deceptive marketing, offering one price and slamming the buyer with a much higher price. Needless to say I will never return to thisw dealership. More

i called the dealership at 2pm in regards to a pre owned truck and possibly leasing a new truck informed Jessica cartiglia i lived out of the area and she was okay with that she seemed nice on the phone. sh truck and possibly leasing a new truck informed Jessica cartiglia i lived out of the area and she was okay with that she seemed nice on the phone. she had me confirm a text and i sent photos of my trade and she told me she would contact me soon. a couple hours went by i asked how it was going and she said she was busy and that she would get with her manager soon for the numbers. 2 more hours had gone by and still nothing so i asked it it normally took that long and she did not respond. in that time little did she know i was at the dealership and she was not busy and at that time i informed her that the process was painful. i get a new truck every year and this was by far the worst experience i have ever come across. i don't even know why a dealership would have an employee that does not want to work.
