From the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated with professionalism and courteousness. Eddie was my salesperson and was able to get me behind the wheel of my dream car. Due to my divorce and other factors, my credit is by far less than perfect. I knew this going in and was nervous about being lectured and talked down to (this has happened before with salespeople) but that did not happen. I was treated with dignity and respect. Even though they didn't have the exact car on the lot, He got us a test drive in the closest version they had. He was very accommodating, and not pushy at all. He found the car we wanted that same day from a different dealership far away, and even waved the fee to have it shipped to Romeo Kia for us. The car came just a few days later, and he took time to help us navigate through all the features the car came with. All in all he has the most friendly attitude, and you an tell that he really cares, not just about getting you your car, but about your whole experience, even when the whole car buying ordeal is over. If there were a way to rate him more than five stars I would. More
