When it was finally time to buy, I went in and was introduced to John Grant, my sales associate. He was very friendly and put me at ease. After informing him as to the car I wanted, he said they would let me know when one came in like that. Much to my surprise, he called me a short time later and informed me that they had found one! A week later I was driving my beautiful car! When we took it for a test run, John answered any questions I had or found out for me. I found him to be very sincerely concerned for my needs and was never pushy. Since purchasing my car, John has followed up with me and is always available. George was the gentleman who closed the deal. I also found him to be friendly. He took his time when explaining all the paperwork. All in all I would recommend Romeo Kia to anyone wanting a car, and to especially ask for John Grant. He is always there to help you. You will feel right at home. More

Used vehicle purchase I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ after days of online searching for the right one from Mike Rutski at Romeo Kia. There is literally ev I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ after days of online searching for the right one from Mike Rutski at Romeo Kia. There is literally everything I wanted in this vehicle so I was going to try my absolute hardest to purchase it. Except I didn't have to try very hard at all. In fact, I didn't even travel the two hour drive to see it myself which is very risky and I was urged to do so by many people. I spoke with multiple people at the dealership and all of them were very kind and got any and all information I asked for. Mike himself and a man named Matt even delivered this car to me at my house around 8p.m! When he pulled up I was in awe, the car looked better than it did in pictures! Mike insisted we go to a nearby Stewarts so I could see it in good lighting and make sure everything was how I expected, but it wasn't, it was better! I'm a happy man with my purchase through this dealership and would recommend them to anyone, ecspecially if you are under similar circumstances as me. Certified Pre Owned a great way to go! We were looking for a hatchback and were also considering the Nissan Versa, Ford Fiesta, and Chevy Sonic. We went over to Romeo to check out the Souls, originally intending on buying new. (I had seen them before, Romeo is a customer of my employer, Coffee System of the Hudson Valley. We have office coffee and vending machines at Romeo) We saw this one, a Certified Pre-owned 2014 Soul+, decent milage and priced right for us. Eddie Torres met us in the lot and was very helpful, not the least bit pushy. The test drive proved this would be a good choice, and Eddie and the Romeo team got us through the purchase smoothly. A shout out to the credit department for seeing we have accounts at a credit union and working with them to get us a good rate. As for the car itself, I am very happy with it. It may be a 2014, but it looks and feels showroom new. Dollar for dollar, given the price, package, and remaining warranty, it was a better deal for us than a new Ford or Chevy would have been. Would I go to Romeo again? In a heartbeat. More
