He was genuinely invested in me finding a vehicle within my budget. Lucia and Paul, eased my fears as this was my first loan application since a debt consolidation. I didn't walk away with a vehicle that was beyond my means and I got a much lower interest rate than I expected. Although the Soul isn't brand new, the extended warranty I added gives me "brand new" piece of mind. On top of all this professionalism, all the folks at the dealership were super friendly to my one year old son that paced the showroom with toys from a salesperson's office and chewed on Paul's keys while we finalized paperwork. I was met immediately by Dominick Noonan and the process of purchasing a new vehicle from him at this dealership began. Dominick is a true professional, who was attentive to my requests , as well as being able to answer all the questions I asked. However, what impressed me most was that Dominick did exactly what he said he would do from the time I walked in until the time I drove away in my new Kia. I will highly recommend Romeo Kia in the future and will tell them to be sure to see Dominick when they get there. More

All parts of the sales team were friendly and very helpful during the process. They worked hard to get me the best deal around. Outstanding Experience I was looking to buy my first car and was looking at a Kia Forte. While looking I was approached by Dominick who answered all of the questions I had a I was looking to buy my first car and was looking at a Kia Forte. While looking I was approached by Dominick who answered all of the questions I had about the car as well as informing me on different options that different cars had. He showed different cars that were dependent on my budget and those that would fit my need. He showed me a Kia Soul and I fell in love. He took me on a test drive. Before the test drive he showed me all of the different features that the vehicle had. Then he took me on a test drive that allowed me to test out the car at different speeds. I really enjoyed it and was interested in discussing numbers. Upon entering the building I was greeted by just about everyone who worked there. After discussing numbers I wanted to buy it. I was then turned over to Paul who helped me stay within my budget while adding in some different packages. The only hiccup I had in my experience was that I was told that I was approved for a loan, but then a couple hours later I was told I was not unless I had a co-signer. It all worked out, so I can look past that. Everyone at Romeo Kia was very helpful to me. I tremendously appreciate their hard work and dedication that each employee has to their job. Thank You. More
