All was good... Until the managers got involved. I was working with Ross looking into a Sorento. He took me on a test drive, and I loved the vehicle and everything about it. When we got back into t I was working with Ross looking into a Sorento. He took me on a test drive, and I loved the vehicle and everything about it. When we got back into the dealership, he asked for the sale, and I told him that I loved the car, but I just had to think about it overnight. He seemed to have understood, took me to service where I saw PJ who I have met before while in service. Got to his desk, he asked me for the sale again. COmpletely fine, I know everyone has to make a living. I asked for the numbers so I could go home and think about it overnight. I was very happy with my experience and I was not going to shop. I just wanted to be sure that this 30,000 dollar decision was the right one. He went into the office, got numbers and asked me for the sale. The numbers seemed reasonable, but again, I just wanted to sleep on it. Then he went back into the office to gt my keys. When the GM Lucia Romeo came out. At first she was very pleasant, but then when I kept telling her I needed to think about it overnight she kept hammering me with the sale. I just yessed her to death, got my keys and walked out. I went back in to use the restroom, and I heard her yelling at Ross and almost De-humanizing him for not selling me the car. Needless to say, I am so sorry for Ross as he did a great job, but I have bought a Sorento from Hank at Dutchess Kia where I was given a great deal and was treated right! Unless you KNOW you are buying a car that day... Steer clear of Lucia Romeo! More

A great snowy Saturday. Romeo Kia's staff, I believe did everything possible to get me in a 2015 Sorento. My Salesman Dominick Noonan, was very helpful.
