After acquiring my first full time job after College I was looking forward to my first experience purchasing a new car. Unfortunately at the time I was not financially in a situation where I had even considered purchasing a new car. With my Honda in the shop and work on Monday I figured I would way my options and look into a new car. When I walked into Romeo Kia I really went in with the impression that I would not be able to afford a new car. I was really looking just to get into something that would get me from A-B reliably and for a reasonable price. When I began talking with Eric Sasso I stressed to him that pricing and my budget was the only concern of mine. So when he started walking me past the new 2015 Kia Optimas I thought he was crazy. Even though the entire time I kept reiterating to Eric that the price was my only concern he made sure to make sure that the car was something I would love down the road. I took it for a test drive and the car was incredible. The standard options in the car where an unbelievable upgrade from my civic and the car is beautiful looking. When we got back to the dealership Eric, Michael Glosque, and the entire team put in an unbelievable effort to get me into a car I never even thought of driving. The entire experience felt like I was a part of the family and not just another customer purchasing a car. It's been roughly a month since I leased my Optima and I cannot thank Eric enough for thinking ahead. Even though I was in a stressful situation and money was the only thing on my mind he made sure to put me into a vehicle that he knew I would absolutely love. I had every detail of my 2015 Kia Optima explained to me to make sure my needs were being met. I test drove both the turbo and the regular engine and opted for the turbo. My salesperson, Ross Camburn, was more than happy to allow me to take my time in deciding. This is not a pressure sales dealership that just tried to slam you into a car and get you out. After purchasing the car, I went to the dealership where Ross went over the car with me and pulled it around the front for me. I sat with Lucia, the manager, and she explained all the contracts and service plans to me and had me ready to go with a smile. Mark Watt also did a great job in working the numbers to make the deal happen. More

I walked in knowing two things, I had a strict budget to stick too and I wanted a Sorento.
