We picked up my new Kia Niro PHEV from the gang at Romeo Kia of Kingston, (go to Dave, bald English dude! He's awesome! On our way out, Dave noticed, we had a blemish or 2 that shouldn't be there. I'm OCD like crazy and I didn't notice. He had it scheduled to rectify the following week. Mike & Caleb in service, provide a service that's 2nd to none. These guys are on top of their xxxx 24/7. They remembered my name before I ever knew theirs. And they got it right every time, I come/came in there. Real Talk But the best part is, when you're there, handling your issue is the only thing they seem to care about.
