Being new to the car buying experience I felt as if I were taken advantage in many ways. I purchased a used vehicle with Phebe as my sales person and was extremely happy with her service. At first I in a way felt pressured into the sale but when that was addressed things got a lot better. Phebe has a great personality and was very helpful in the process to accomodate my lack of time. Chester is a very nice gentleman but should have more knowledge about the cars the dealership are selling. When asked about a certain maintnance that should have been done, in which I asked three different times to make sure, I was shocked when I looked in my car owners manual and saw that he indeed misinformed me. After returning back to the dealership to sign paperwork for the third time I discovered that the loan in which I had a co-signer for was switched around and instead of having me the primary on the vehicle, my co-signer was instead. Upon addressing the dealership about the issue, I was told by Chester that all the paperwork was correct and that I would have to go to the bank and fix it because it was the banks mistake. After going to the bank they showed me the paperwork that was sent over to them which showed the dearlership mistake of having the names switched around on the paperwork that was sent to bank. They said when the dealership was typing the information in the computer that is how they entered it. That was strike number two. In the future I hope good will be made out of this. Other then that he was very helpful and pleasant in the beginning. Lucchia has a great personality and stopped what she was doing the day I purchased my vehicle to thank me as well as congrats to me on my purchase. Ernie from the service department is very nice and addressed all my issues with what the dealership said didnt need to be done and my car was fixed free of charge. I rate the service department 5 out of 5 for the satisfaction I recieved from them all. More

Febe did an impressive job getting the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I went into Romeo Kia knowing exactly what I wanted, but unsure if they would work on getting it for me at the price I wanted to the price I wanted. Phebe met me where i wanted on my trade in value & worked for me on competitively matching a price I found at another dealership, saving me the drive out of town & allowing me to do business locally. Febe worked on locating the model & color i was looking for as soon as i told her what i wanted & realized it was not a car they had in stock. Within minutes she located it and worked out getting it to me for the following morning. Chester broke down all the financing for me in a real simple & easy to understand kind of way. Both Febe & Chester were personable & I would recommend anyone I know to do business with them. More

I came to Romeo Kia of Kingston, New York to test drive a Kia Sorento. I have been wanting to test drive the vehicle a while. I test drove a 2011 liked it very much. I didn't like the mileage the car had so Paul, and Lucia helped me on my decision making. We came in to crunch some numbers and see if I was able to qualify for a newer car. I was able to trade in my older 2004 Ford Freestar SEL for a 2013 KIA SORENTO. I love it. This was my very first brand new car I have ever purchased. The sales rep- Paul Nemus was very nice, he knew the details of the car and explained them very well to me. I knew what I came into the dealers for and they helped me where I was able to purchase a new car. Lucia was wonderful also. Very friendly and helpful with the sale of my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend,co-worker or a family member. They rate very high in my books. I have dealt with other dealers and Romeo KiA of Kingston, New York takes the cake. There should be other or more dealers and sales reps out there who care for their customers concerns and finances as Paul and Lucia and Chester have been with me.
