I was treated good by the service dept. I like for my car to be locked when I park it. When I turned my keys into the service dept, my car was locked. The service worker went to my car to get the mileage, leaving my car unlocked. When I went to leave, I saw that it was not locked, it upset me because if something gets stolen from my car, Romeo isn't responsible for my loses. In the past, the service was not great, so good service is an upgrade for me. More
