Excellent Experience I've always been very skeptical of dealerships and sales reps, especially after my very horrible experience at Queens Auto Mall in Queens. However, my very entry into Romeo Kia was different. My wife and I were warmly welcomed and introduced to Dominick. He sat us down and walked us through our options. There was absolutely no pressure and no rush to the bottom line. He patiently took us through 3 test drives of 3 different vehicles. We mentioned that we were comparing Kia with other brands and he allowed us the time and space to do our comparisons. Financing was a breeze as Lucia (General Manager) was very diligent in finding the lowest rate and best financing for us...she was also very accessible, you would never guessed she was in charge of running the place.
