I was shopping for a kia optima to replace my 2011 hybrid. I love the optima, but hated my black interior. I visited with Romeo on a monday night, looked at several cars, then went shopping within 1 hybrid. I love the optima, but hated my black interior. I visited with Romeo on a monday night, looked at several cars, then went shopping within 100 miles to check my options and deals. I only wanted a black with beige interior and my greatest wish was to have the sunroof. Romeo Kia had this car, but pricey for my price range. By the end of the week, I received a call from Phoebe and Scott who within 5 minutes asked me what I wanted, what I could afford etc. etc. By this time I had a deposit on a car in CT. Sooooooo, within 5 minutes Scott came back with an excellent deal with my trade and price of the EX sedan witht he sunroof. I wanted to marry him, Phoebe, and Lucia (one of the owners and very nice), because deep down it was the car I wanted and they really came through. This dealership is family owned, been around in Kingston nY for a long time, and although I have used the KIA service there with out any problems, I am grateful that I was able to stay within my own city and support a local business. Romeo Kia made that happen and they were not pushy or typical salesman blah blah blah and I liked that. You will not be disappointed with this dealership.
