Richard Greenstein my salesman, was eager to help me find the most suitable car for my needs. He is extremely sensitive to his customers needs, polite, and friendly! This is my first Nissan. I drive over 500 miles a week, needed something that I could fit my 15 year old Son and Husband in, a safe vehicle, and reliable! I purchased a Nissan Altima coupe, 2.5, 6 speed manual transmission. My experience with Rich Greenstein was that he was there to help, but was not pressuring me to make a decision on the spot. But I did! The car is sporty, fun to drive and only sniffs small amounts of gas and is extemely reliable! 35 MPG highway! And we worked out a great price in about five minutes! When taking my Nissan for oil changes; which are FREE by the way,(which is the only time it goes in for service, it is so reliable and flaw free), the service department is extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The service waiting area is very clean, provides much room for all to be comfortable, and provides coffee, water, etc. The workmanship is of very high quality, my car is left the way I drove it into the lot for service. If you are unsure of buying a Nissan, please give Rich a call and he will contact me with your phone number. I will tell you that the Nissan products offer more style and reliabilty than Toyota or Honda! I hope however, that my above experiences will entice you to buy a new Nissan from Rich Greenstein! Since I live 3 hours away, I was not particularly enthused about checking them out;But one brief visit changed my mind!! Took the wifes' V-6 2007 Altima in for 45 month service. Car had 24305 miles on it. Since today is a holiday (MLK Jr.), I asked David if they were busy & got a yes to that. I know most of sales force & said Hi to a bunch of them. They are always happy to talk to me if not with a customer. Very busy day at Kgn Nissan, so didn't get to talk to any. Walked outside & wandered around looking at new cars & trucks & when I got back inside, car was done. Very rapid turnaround today... So I completed paperwork with Cassandra ( a real nice young lady) & got the car & left. As usual, a very nice experience. More

Zach drove me to my house and was very nice and I enjoyed the conversation which made the ride go quickly. Marc called when my truck was ready and arranged for me to be picked up by a tech who was also friendly( unfortunately,I did not get his name) when I arrived my paper work was waiting for me and Cassandra was professional and friendly as she processed my billing, while fielding endless phone calls. Norm spent days on the phone and found a beautiful, loaded Altima Hybrid for me. Margaret in the finance department got a better rate from my own bank than I was able to. Jack took all the time I needed for questions regarding the hybrid technology. This is my third vehicle purchased here, and my third Altima. I have experienced salespeople that talk to my husband rather than me about the car I was interested in. This has never happened here. More
