He was able to get us a Salsa Red Pearl XLE 2020 Sienna from a dealer in the western part of our state. When our car arrived, Vinnie called. He said that Glens Falls Toyota would do the Glass Coat and Rust Prevention applications and that our car would be ready Wednesday at 10 a.m. And it was - and Vinnie was there to welcome us, complete the sale, and demonstrate how all the controls on the dash worked (He'd shone us all the other features and let us try them on another car during our initial visit and let us try any we wanted to again). We were amazed that any salesman would be that concerned and patient for our needs and desires. Vinnie is the best salesman that we have ever encountered. If you had a rating 1-10, Vinnie would be a solid "10".' More
