He's brazen as if the customer is a moron and doesn't notice his duplicity and intent for the customer to sign a blank check. Something is wrong with him. He keeps talking around the subject of cost as if it does not matter. This is after going to the dealership and doing a test drive with someone who doesn't know a thing about the car because he's new and has no knowledge of or experience with the car. Romeo Volkswagon is not a viable dealership and Anthony has no compunction about wasting a customer's time. I made another call to a dealer and hour north near Albany and the people I spoke to were knowledgeable and forthcoming about prices. Someone in management should realize the importance of hiring knowledgeable and forthright employees. More
