One dealer, proud of their non-negotiable price policy, told us "these are the cars and the prices, take them or leave them. If you leave them, someone else will buy them." At another dealership, a sales rep ripped the keys out of our hand as we were handed them by another sales rep to take a test drive. "I sold this car to someone else!!" and he walked off. We just felt that no one really cared if we shopped at their dealership. We stopped by Thomas Toyota and were treated completely different. First, we found cars with prices we could actually consider. But it was the experience with Matt S. and the entire staff at Thomas Toyota that made us actually feel like we were valuable. Matt was not pushy. He was approachable, and he really knew every detail about the cars they sold. He answered all of our questions. He was responsive, discussed options, introduced us to Tom in Finance, and really handled everything to make the buying experience as smooth and hassle free as possible. More
