There was some issues with financing and my credit, but the team here at Thomas Toyota in Joliet really put in their all and kept me from being stranded. I ended up with a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla and I ABSOLUTELY ADORE IT! They honestly got to know me and picked this car out in order to help me as much as possible, since I needed a car for work the same day, and they handled everything. GINO R. Was fantastic taking me through the test drive and introducing me to my new car. I got fantastic customer service from him, Abigail and John from financing, I am beyond grateful to the outstanding team here! 👏👏 More

ThomasToyota of Joliet IL is outstanding! I was dealing with about 3 or 4 other Toyota dealers with the Costco program and unfortunately experienced some very negative situations. 1. I was go I was dealing with about 3 or 4 other Toyota dealers with the Costco program and unfortunately experienced some very negative situations. 1. I was going to purchase the same car from Schaumburg Toyota however noticed 2 flaws, a, silver window molding had a dent--turned out it was not an easy repair-if I accepted it, would have to bring the car in for the work. second, the hood had some paint/clear coat anomaly where in the Natural light it looked like a 6 inch darker discolored circular patch, but inside lighting it was barely apparent. I did not feel good about purchasing a new car and having to have repairs from the start. The Manager at Schaumburg did not offer to get another car for me and basically rudely informed me that I could take my deposit back and to go to StCharles Toyota(where they retrieved the car from) --(StCharles had a few of these specific cars,) to get the car at 7pm on the last day of the 3,000 promotion savings--which was not possible to drive there in time, and besides the Manager in StCharles there would not match the price- which was one more disaster. I did not appreciate being treated as a customer like a piece of garbage Schaumburg Toyota, I did nothing to deserve that. Another dealer--Grossinger, had the car I wanted driven over from their city location @North/Clybourn to Lincolnwood location, took pictures, etc, emailed them to me==but when was asking to validate the pricing--the phone calls went in circles with different contacts, with no one calling back-- it was ridiculous, went no where. Also attempted to buy from Elgin Toyota but they did not have the car. Also tried with the dealership in Hodgkins Continental Toyota--that was a disaster as well--. To be honest, I was dreading having to purchase a car from a dealership with all of the negative stereotypes of dealer behavior that is a real sickening turnoff to me, i.e., dealership not being honest about getting the best pricing for the customer and also the hard and pushy sales attitude with the fake friendliness folded in which I did experience to varying degrees in the aforementioned dealerships. The bright spot was coming to ThomasToyota. The bottom lines are Getting a great price --from Nate and having an excellent sales associate- Mark - who pick me up and drove me down to Joliet. Nate was very professional and friendly to deal with. As a customer, it was a pleasure to deal with Mark who is also very professional, genuinely friendly. Mark possesses a great knowledge of the Toyota product line. He answered all questions and concerns and was able to respond to repair and mechanical questions as well which is very impressive and helpful to a customer in gaining confidence about the vehicle one is intending to purchase. Mark was never pushy or aggressive and I appreciated that. Your dealership showroom, was low key and calm, I did not feel and tension or negativity in the atmosphere--a pleasure. I would not hesitate to seek out ThomasToyota dealership for future vehicle needs and would recommend them to others as well. More

I have also referred them to 5 different people that have purcha This is my second Toyota Highlander. I purchased 2 back to back from Thomas Toyota. I have also referred them to 5 different people that have purchased vehicles. This is the first time that I had a major issue and have just learned why I will never purchase another TOYOTA AGAIN! The screen on my GPS cracked on a very hot day as I was entering a destination on the screen. I am not a young kid but a 53 year old male. When I brought the vehicle to the dealership to inspect this, the service manager literally looked at this all of 3 minutes. Snapped a cell phone picture and sent it to Toyota. In return their manager supposedly looked a this small picture and said this was impact damage and they will not warranty this. I run a business in the Naperville area. If I handled myself the way this service manager and rep. did from Toyota, I would be out of business. I called and talked with Toyota's customer service and received pure lip service, what their rep. says that it what it is. I requested and personal inspection by their rep. or a management individual from Toyota to call. They told me this is it, their final word is as stands. I will be seeking legal council and not allow a car dealership and manufacture get away with this service. Toyota has lost a customer for lifetime and now will have constant BAD word of mouth from me. More
