No pressure hassle run around buying As soon as i walked in w/ my son,i was greeted and felt right @home.Mark Robles was very nice and amazing salesman and I didn't feel any pressure in t As soon as i walked in w/ my son,i was greeted and felt right @home.Mark Robles was very nice and amazing salesman and I didn't feel any pressure in the process of buying car,he also seemed to be very knowledgeable in the car i was interested in and also knew a lot about other models.I will highly recommended him in the future and your dealership,however, i was so disappointed with the finance aspect.i felt more pressure than dealing w/Mark.the finance charge that was said is different from the contract.adding extra warranty that i felt not needed for financial reason.i went back to talked to finance dept and still not satisfied w/his turn around explanation.i just want to understand how he come up with total prices and left dissatisfied.he had little patience to listen to my point specially when i called him again about cancelling gap insurance.why should i pay extra if my new car insurance include gap insurance.Bottom line is,i was charge more than what the real agreement that was presented by Mark with that piece of paper that i sign before talking to finance.I even asked him where that piece of paper is and said he throw it away which by the way,I talked to Mark prior to meet finance and said everything is on that folder. More
