Friendly and patient Kavere was so patient with me and took the time to answer almost all my questions. I had so many! My 6 year old son and I were there from about 9:15 Kavere was so patient with me and took the time to answer almost all my questions. I had so many! My 6 year old son and I were there from about 9:15AM till about 3PM after all was said and done. We came for another van that we saw on AutoTrader.com which sadly had actually already been sold... But they had another similar one which we wound up buying. It was beautiful and a great option for us. The only drawback was that it was one year older and one month away from the end of its warranty. That meant I had to buy the extra warranty which went a little over my budget. Tom in Finance worked with me and made some adjustments that helped bring it closer to the budget. All in all, we are thrilled with our new van and are very happy with the service we had at Thomas.
