I had never purchased a pre-owned vehicle, but Allen showed me the vehicle's complete history and made me feel at ease about my "Toyota Certified" purchase. I did my homework online and found that the dealership's offer was reasonable. After my purchase, I had trouble connecting my i-phone to the Bluetooth. The next day, Allen told me to bring the car over to the dealer, and he had the phone connected in less than a minute. Overall, my experience was stress-free. More

Staff was helpful in getting the license plate transferred and physical installed on our new car and for being patient as we had to get the trade-in vehicle from a distance. More
