Terrible Service From Their Service Dept. I needed to have my new 2017 Corola aligned because the steering wheel was off center. After Thomas Toyota's service department aligned the car, the s I needed to have my new 2017 Corola aligned because the steering wheel was off center. After Thomas Toyota's service department aligned the car, the steering wheel was still off center. The service advisor was unable to answer any of my questions and did not give me any paperwork. I took my 2017 Corolla to another Toyota dealership where they fixed the alignment without a problem. They SHADY part about the repair that Thomas Toyota did was that there was NO SERVICE RECORD in Toyota's data base. I will be servicing my new Toyota at a different dealership. They lost a customer for life! More

Some dealerships apply the pressure right away, asked if I wanted to buy right away. Thomas Toyota offer a no pressure environment and a friendly environment also. I contacted Thomas Toyota and a fellow named Allen Salazar answered my call. Not only was he friendly, he was very upfront and honest about the pricing of the Toyota. I called Allen a number of times and he was always patient with my questions. That is why I think I will buy a Toyota again with Thomas Toyota. More

sneaky sneaky I walked in to showroom/ compare a sequoia vs 4runner. As luck would have it, they had the *exact* Sequoia Platinum i was looking for.... (black and Redrock) The salesperson, Katherine Adrien - was SUPER great. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Answered every question, was prompt and quite courteous. :) [great job kiddo!] HOWEVER, management dropped the ball though. After quoting me a "1 price" plus tax and title, when i went to buy the next day, they tried to sneak about $1000 in 'dealer installed options and fee's in'. As if that wasn't bad enough, even though i was a CASH buyer, (bank wire transfer from my bank to theirs) they made me fill out a credit report app..( they swore they wouldn't run my credit or pass out my private info) however they did both. Had spam callers for days on end. (Thanks jerks!) Dealer also promises a 30 min guarantee on purchase. ( I wish!) Even as a secured cash buyer, they kept me there about 3 hrs total. :( Definitely did not appreciate the sneaky service, attempt to jack my price or the lies. Will not return here under ANY circumstances. More
